Located in the historical Bain Building, built in 1875, The Hog continues in the vein of its predecessors, creating a one-of-a-kind, cozy dining spot. Although it’s run as a fast casual establishment, owners Adam and Corrinne are always around to ensure every Hog visitor feels at home, with friends. Chef Adam has been a part of the Hudson Valley culinary scene since 2004, garnering a reputation for his inventive flavor profiles and whimsical takes on classic dishes. He brings this style to the fun comfort food he creates at The Hog- you can’t help but taste the love in every bite! From decadent sammies, to fresh bowls, and sweet treats, there’s something for everyone.
